Soraa is a Goddess who has been around since the beginning of time, she controls the weather and helps keep the skies and stars under control.
Without her, the debris from the stars and planets colliding would have hit the earth a long time ago.
She is a kind and playful soul, sometimes when she gets out of hand the weather on the earth changes rapidly causing problems on earth but she's usually back to her old self in no time to pick up the pieces.
